Welcome Fall Porch Leaner

We carefully pack every Pine Bear Designs order to ensure it arrives safely. Orders are processed within 2–4 business days, with shipping times depending on your location. Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information so you can follow its journey.

We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.

To request a return, contact rickh@pinebeardesigns.com before sending your item. Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible so we can make it right.

Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Sale items, gift cards, custom/personalized products, and certain non-returnable items are excluded.
